Gugushev & Partners Law Office represents the Municipality of Kazanlak in a dispute concerning claims brought by the municipality against two Bulgarian insurance companies under professional liability insurance policies in connection with an insured event that occurred in the course of construction works.

The law office provided comprehensive legal assistance in connection with the matter, including communication with the insurance companies, preparation of the insurance claims, analysis and submission of the necessary supporting documentation, as well as conducting negotiations and providing legal advice.
