Victor is а Senior Partner at the Law Office. His sphere of expertise closely relates to а legal advisory on corporate issues, mediation, tax planning, and financing. His international experience is enhanced by а law degree (LLM) from one of the most prestigious legal faculties in England – Queen Mary University of London and in 2022 he successfully passed the Entrepreneurship Program from Columbia Business School at Columbia University, New York, USA (Ivy League University). He holds a number of honors and awards, among which the most outstanding are “The Best Young Legal Expert in Bulgaria” and the award “The Best Young Lawyer in Bulgaria”. Victor is a manager of the Business Development and Strategy Department at Gugushev & Partners Law Office, Chairman of the Bulgarian - Romanian Commercial Chamber, Member of Board of Trustees of For Our Children Foundation, Selection Committee Member of Forbes 30 under 30 as well as Honorary Chairman of the Family Business Network in Bulgaria. He has been invited as a guest lecturer at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", as well as to be a Member of the Selection Committee of CEE Deal of the Year Awards.   • Delivery Hero SE - Advised the client in all stages of the sale of its Bulgarian subsidiary, with the deal being closed simultaneously in six different jurisdictions
  • Alfastar Ventures JSC - Advised on the registration and operation of the first for Bulgaria evergreen alterative investment fund, using the EuVECA designation
  • Black Peak Capital - Advised one of the largest private equity firms in Bulgaria, during the entire process of acquisition of a stake in one of the leading telecom and critical infrastructure services provider, Telelink Infra Services
  • Valtech Solutions LLC - advised on all stages of the process of acquisition of The Berndt Group and its Bulgarian subsidiary. The work involved due diligence of the Bulgarian company and advice on the conditions precedent for closing to be performed by the subsidiary.
  • Eleven Fund III Cooperatief U.A. - advised the client on all legal aspects with respect to an investment into a Greek-based start-up company, which took the form of a convertible loan.
  • Tarev Group – advised the client on all legal aspects related to an investment in the photovoltaic power plant Vaskovo, Bulgaria, with a planned total installed capacity of 180 MW.
  • Northridge Capital, UK - real estate investments: vacation complex at the Bulgarian seaside and a landmark office in Sofia center – Polygraphia Office Centre
  • HMC JSC – advised on all legal aspects related to the structuring of a joint venture manufacturing project, ensuring adequate protection of the minority shareholder’s rights, certain project exit provisions, and the financing arrangements between the partners.
