Dolly graduated with a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at the Technical University of Sofia. She holds a second master's degree in Public Administration. Acquires knowledge and skills in the field of Managing Production Processes during his Bachelor's degree. At present, she is part of the Gugushev Finance and Accounting team at the position of Payroll Specialist.

  • Trade in sporting goods of a leading brand. Advises and helps in choosing customers for the best quote looking in the world of sport.
  • Supports the overall work of a company in the field of production, import and trade with weight measuring systems. Optimizes the process of manufacturing and assembling all kinds of heavy-duty weighing instruments.
  • It manages the human resource in a large company in the trade of food and non-food goods. Responsible for the overall staff recruitment, reassignment, and secondment of employees to various company sites. Prepares monthly schedules to monitor the attendance of employees.
