“Family Business Network – Bulgaria” is a non-political, non-religious, independent non-profit organization. It is a network of entrepreneurs, active business leaders, young highly educated people working in Bulgaria and managing businesses, most of which – internationally presented.

FBN-Bulgaria is a member of Family Business Network–International (FBN-I) – an international organization uniting more than 3, 500  merited and respected family companies from around the world.

Together with 12 other European countries, FBN-Bulgaria constitutes European Family Business (EFB) – the only organization that represents the family businesses’ interests in the European Parliament. 

Mr. Stefan Gugushev is the current President and Chairman of the Management Board of FBN-Bulgaria. In 2019, he was also elected to the Executive Committee of the European Family Business. 

The organization also has a Youth Structure, FBN - Next Generation, which is focused on the next generation of leaders in the family business – people aged 18-39, who are at different stages on their way to assuming leading roles in their family companies. Since 2017, President of FBN- Bulgaria Next Generation is Mr. Victor Gugushev.
