Victor Gugushev has been appointed as an arbitrator to the Panel of Arbitrators of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), one of the leading international arbitration institutions in Asia.

This appointment is an important recognition of his extensive experience in cross-border transactions, and strategic business advisory matters. Victor Gugushev has been included among a distinguished group of global practitioners and experts serving on the CMAC Panel of Arbitrators effective as of 1 May 2026.

The appointment further strengthens Gugushev & Partners Law Office’s connection with the Asian legal practice, building on previously existing partnerships, previously only focused on China.
