It is a great pleasure for Gugushev & Partners Law Office to present the new publication of one of the youngest associates in our company - Tihomir Rumenov Rachev. The work on the topic - "Can the nuptial agreement exclude joint responsibility of the spouses for obligations incurred to satisfy family needs?" is part of the collection "Marriage and Relations between Spouses" compiled by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stoyan Stavru and Dr. Dimitar Topuzov.

The book includes 13 scientific discussions on controversial issues of marriage and relations between spouses, presented by authors with various approaches and profiles - university professors, researchers from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, legal practitioners and human rights defenders. The book deals not only with topical issues of the current legislation but also discuss the future direction for the development of Bulgarian family law.
