More than 250 jurists and guests were part of the Seven National Justice Awards, held on 23rd November at the Marinela Hotel in Sofia.

It was organized by the Balkan Media Association, attended by the International Bar Association, Bar Association from all over the country, the Chamber of Notaries, the Bulgarian Judicial Association, the Professional Association of Mediators, the Association of Women Lawyers and the Association of Bulgaria.

Traditionally, the event is held as a charity ball in support of children with cerebral paralysis who also attended. Through auctions of paintings of famous Bulgarian artists and charity ruffle, the amount of 19 000 BGN was raised. The event featured an unshown by now canvas of the famous Bulgarian painter Zlatyu Boyadzhiev, which was brought by the artist's granddaughter – Mrs. Tcena Boyadzhieva.

Mrs. Alexandrina Terziyska, a Senior Associate at Gugushev and Partners, awarded the prize of “Young Lawyer” on behalf of Mr. Victor Gugushev, a Partner at the Law Office, who was awarded this honor last year.

When the Grand Prix for contribution to the law was awarded more than 250 guests stood up and applauded this year's laureates – Prof. Atanas Semov and Mr. Yordan Minchev.
