The article touches upon the subject of PPA contracts, guidelines, and standard practices in Bulgaria and their level of compliance with current European legislation. Our colleagues highlight the strategic importance of the publicity and transparency of such contracts in order for additional security to be implemented in regards to the expenditure of EU funds.
