Mr. Stefan Gugushev, Founder and Managing Partner of Gugushev & Partners Law Office participated in the Panel Discussion “Developments & Outlook - Emerging Markets in the Region” presenting the current status of NPL sector in Bulgaria, recent trends and developments from both legal and economic perspective. The Panel was part of the New Developments & Restructuring CSEE Forum, held at the Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest, Romania, on November 7th, 2019, organized by DDC Financial Group. The event centered around the NPL markets and related matters in the Balkans Region and gathered a number of prominent experts in this area from both banking and non-banking financial institutions, creating a platform for sharing experience, lessons learned, and discussing investment strategies.
