Representatives of Gugushev & Partners Law Office – Mrs. Tsvetina Stefanova, Consultant at the Litigation Department, and Elitsa Toleva – Legal Trainee, actively participated in the training course "Alternative Dispute Resolution through Mediation and Arbitration" organized by the Legal Interaction Alliance Association on October 16-18.

The project, entitled "Good Practices for Promoting and Developing Alternative Methods for Dispute Settlement ", is funded by the Operational Program „Good Governance “, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund. The course aims to encourage and promote mediation and arbitration as a means of out-of-court dispute resolution, as the target group of the seminars is primarily law students and young professionals.
