Obligations are often reminiscent of themselves, aren’t they? But failing to exercise one`s rights would hardly ever be a reason for a fine.

At Gugushev & Partners Law Office we believe that to be part of a well-developed civil society, every person should know their rights - the fundamental ones as well as those less known, because all rights are important and should be exercised and claimed.

In order to fulfill our mission, we decided to collaborate with the art and the creativity of Ms. Yulia Zlateva, an artist by trade and by heart - and together to create “The (Un)Known Rights Notebook”.

It is hard to keep a straight face looking at her witty and funny illustrations, which through color, shapes, and characters say so much that you will barely notice how all the interesting and important rights will stick to your mind. And the conclusion is just as simple as all fundamental things in life:
