Your advice to people about to start work for the first time is...

My advice to people who are about to face the challenge of combining university and work for the first time is, firstly, to make sure that they have found their 'field' and that they will do their job willingly, and secondly - not to limit themselves to what they can learn at university and in the workplace, but to develop beyond what is expected of them.

Your advice to people about to start work for the first time is...

To be committed, to do what makes them feel fulfilled and not to be discouraged by difficulties at the beginning. Dedication is the quality that can make an individual stand out the most, because when they are dedicated, they give their best, and that cannot go unnoticed and unappreciated. In order to give the best of oneself, one needs to do what makes them feel fulfilled - seek it out until you feel you are in the right place! Don't give up, the road ahead is so much more satisfying when you know you have outdone yourself to be where you are right now!
