Gugushev & Partners Law Office won "Deal of the Year" for 2022 at the National Justice Awards, which were held on 25.11.2022 at Marinella Hotel.

The ceremony was held under the patronage of the Court of Justice of the European Union, whose President Koen Lenaerts who made a video address to the guests of the forum - lawyers, prosecutors, judges, university professors of law, scientists from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Our team was honored to be recognized for our work in advising BlackPeak Capital in its acquisition of a stake in one of Bulgaria's leading providers of telecommunications and critical infrastructure services - Telelink Infra Services. The award was presented to Atty. Viktor Gugushev, Senior Partner, led the international transaction side by side with Atty. Dimitrinka Metodieva, Senior Partner, and consultant Sevdelina Rabuhchieva.

Following the law office's tradition, the event was attended by the newest editions of the team with whom we enjoyed the success of the high-level award.
