Gugushev & Partners Law Office assisted Helios Energy Invest AD in the acquisition of Helios Projects AD, a leading photovoltaic company in Bulgaria, that owns a solar park with a capacity of 50 MGW. The EUR 65 million transactions was financed by UniCredit Bulbank AD and was subject to clearance by the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.

The transaction, representing the sale of a foreign asset by a Chinese company and it was coordinated between three jurisdictions - China, Switzerland and Bulgaria.
