As part of the transaction, the firm conducted legal due diligence, advised on the transaction structure, participated in the negotiations of the share purchase agreement, and prepared the documentation required to complete the transaction.

Following the acquisition, we provided ongoing legal support to the Bulgarian subsidiary in connection with the day-to-day operation of the photovoltaic power plant. The firm’s work included negotiating and entering into a premium purchase agreement with the Electricity System Security Fund, managing the regular monthly procedures for the payment of premiums, and assisting with the issuance of guarantees of origin by the Sustainable Energy Development Agency.
