Gugushev & Partners Law Office advised Green Life AD, a leading construction company specialising in the development of residential and holiday complexes, on two significant investment projects. The first was the Ayvazovski Park project in Pomorie, with an approximate value of EUR 20 million, while the second was an investment project in central Sofia, near South Park, with an approximate value of EUR 10 million.

The law office provided legal advice throughout the key stages of the transactions, including on their structuring, conducting legal due diligence of the ownership, identifying potential legal risks, and preparing and finalising the necessary documentation.
