Gugushev & Partners Law Office advised a Bulgarian company specialising in the construction of modern energy-efficient houses in connection with financing provided by Allianz Bank Bulgaria AD for a project in the area of Kazanlak. The financing was provided under the JEREMIE programme, a joint initiative of the European Commission in cooperation with the European Investment Bank and other financial institutions.

As part of the engagement, our team assisted with the preparation of the necessary documentation, as well as with the steps required for the establishment and registration of the agreed security interests over the loan.
