The transaction formed part of the completion of a larger EUR 170 million acquisition of Delivery Hero’s business in the Balkans - Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Romania, by Spanish company GlovoApp23 S.E., operator of a platform for the delivery of prepared food and groceries.
