Gugushev & Partners Law Office advised Alpha Bulgaria AD, a publicly listed company, on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters relating to its business activities.

The firm assisted the client with the preparation and holding of annual and extraordinary general meetings of shareholders, the registration of corporate changes, as well as the preparation and regular submission of information and reports subject to disclosure to and supervision by the Financial Supervision Commission.

As part of separate transactional engagements, Gugushev & Partners provided legal support in connection with various transactions, including advice on their structuring and compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

The firm has also advised the company in connection with a planned capital increase through the issuance of a series of warrants by way of an initial public offering. The engagement included advising on the adoption of the required resolutions, the preparation of the prospectus for the public offering, and the preparation of the documentation required for its approval by the Financial Supervision Commission.
