It is a great honor to share that Gugushev & Partners Law Office has been awarded "Deal of the Year" at the 13th National Justice Awards.

The ceremony took place on January 16, 2026, at Hotel Marinela.

The distinction was awarded for our legal advisory to the Romanian leader in assisted reproduction, Embryos Fertility Clinic, on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Sofia-based Adella Fertility Clinic.

Our team, led by Dimitrinka Metodieva, provided comprehensive legal services—from in-depth due diligence to the finalization of the transaction documentation.

Why is this deal key? It marks the first cross-border consolidation of its kind in the medical sector in the Balkans, creating a regional platform for reproductive health.

The award was accepted by the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm, Mr Stefan Gugushev, who congratulated the team on their professionalism, thanked the organizers, and extended wishes for a successful 2026 to the gathered legal community.

During the ceremony, funds were raised through a charity auction to aid children with cerebral palsy and couples facing reproductive difficulties.
