  • Advising Victoria Group on the transformation in the organizational structure of the employer enterprise after the acquisition of the majority stake in Chastno Aktzionerno Druzhestvo Zografski JSC, owner of Kempinski hotel in Sofia (now Hotel Marinela Sofia)
  • APS Holding A.S., Czech Republic part of the team, who advises the holding regarding employment matters concerning the business activities of its subsidiaries on the territory of Bulgarian Republic
