Gugushev & Partners Law Office acted as the local legal counsel of International Finance Corporation (IFC) in regard to Loan and Guarantee Agreement concluded between IFC as Lender and Kaufland Bulgaria EOOD & Co KD as Borrower, SB LIDL KG and SB Kaufland KG as Guarantors on the grounds of which IFC lent to Kaufland Bulgaria EOOD & Co KD a loan in the aggregate principal amount of EUR 80 million.
